We want your ritual to arrive safely — and make it easy to send something back if it isn’t right.
Shipping charges
- Standard — ₹79 on orders under ₹1,999.
- Free standard shipping — on prepaid orders ₹1,999 and above (use code FREESHIP in demos where shown).
- Express (select cities) — ₹149; 1–2 business days after dispatch where available.
Returns
Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Hygiene-sealed items (lip products opened, mascara, used tools) are non-returnable unless defective.
How to start a return
- Sign in and open Your orders, or email care@ocmono.demo with your order number.
- Share reason + product photos if the item arrived damaged.
- We’ll arrange reverse pickup in serviceable pin codes, or share a drop-off label.
Refunds
Prepaid refunds credit to the original payment method in 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. COD refunds are issued as store credit or UPI transfer as agreed with care.
