Delivery information
How orders leave our studio and reach your door.
We pack orders from our Mumbai fulfilment desk and hand them to trusted courier partners across India.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days usually ship the same day. Weekend and festival orders ship on the next business day.
Delivery windows
- Metro cities — typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Tier 2 / Tier 3 — typically 4–7 business days after dispatch.
- Remote pin codes — up to 8–10 business days depending on courier reach.
Tracking
You receive an SMS/email with a tracking link once the AWB is generated. You can also use Track my order with your order number and email.
Failed delivery
Couriers attempt delivery up to twice. If you’re unavailable, they’ll leave a callback note. After failed attempts, the parcel returns to us and we’ll contact you to reschedule or refund.
