Orders & account
Do I need an account to checkout?
Guest checkout works for most orders. Creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and manage wishlist items.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If the order hasn’t shipped, email care@ocmono.demo with your order number. Once dispatched, we’ll help with a return after delivery.
Products & shades
How do I find my shade?
Use the Skin test or filter by undertone on product pages. Swatch photos show warm / cool / olive references for Indian skin.
Are products cruelty-free?
Demo catalog items are labelled where applicable. Check each product page for clean-beauty and concern tags.
Shipping & payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, RuPay, major cards, net banking, and COD on eligible pin codes. See Payment methods.
How long does delivery take?
Metros usually 2–4 days after dispatch. Full detail on Estimated delivery time.
Returns
What is your return window?
30 days for unopened items in original packaging. See Shipping & returns.
