- We pack with care — temperature-aware packing for serums and liquids; invoices enclosed.
- Handover to courier — you get an AWB / tracking SMS and email.
- In transit — track milestones via the courier link or Track my order.
- Out for delivery — keep your phone reachable; many couriers call before arrival.
- Delivered — inspect the outer carton. If damaged, note it with the rider and contact care within 48 hours.
Tips for a smooth delivery
- Use a complete address with landmark and alternate phone number.
- For gated societies, add gate / tower / flat clearly.
- Choose prepaid when possible for faster dispatch in peak sales.
